Landing page was a generic homepage with a contact form that asked for 14 fields. Conversion rate was 2.3 percent.

The approach.

Restructured the campaign into two ad groups: high-intent (ready to start) and mid-intent (researching). High-intent keywords got 70 percent of the budget. Ad copy for high-intent ads named the specific company type (mainland, freezone, offshore) and included a price anchor. Built a dedicated landing page per company type: short form with 4 fields, a WhatsApp button, and a clear statement of what happens after the form is submitted. Added a live chat widget for people who wanted to ask questions before filling in the form.
