I run Markamo, a small digital marketing agency in Dubai. I wrote this piece because I get a lot of questions from business owners who have been burned by agencies: overcharged, locked into bad contracts, unable to access their own ad accounts.
This is not a puff piece. I have included ourselves, but we are at number four, not number one. I want to help you make a good decision, not sell you on us before you have read anything.
Dubai has over 3,000 registered marketing agencies. The quality range is enormous. The list below covers ten I would tell a friend to look at seriously, with honest notes on who each one suits.
One thing to know upfront: almost none of these agencies publish prices. This is normal in the industry, but it makes comparisons hard. Where I know approximate pricing, I have included it. Where I do not, I have written "pricing on request." Make of that what you will.
What "full-service" actually means
Before the list, a quick note on what a full-service digital marketing agency does. It means one team handles all the main digital channels: Google Ads (text ads that show when someone searches), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram ads), SEO (organic search, getting you found without paying per click), web design, and lead generation. Some agencies also do email, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Not every agency on this list does all of these. I have noted what each one focuses on.
The 10 best digital marketing agencies in Dubai for 2026
1. Global Media Insight (GMI)
GMI has been operating since 2001, which makes it one of the oldest digital marketing agencies in Dubai. That kind of track record matters. They have a large team covering web development, paid media, SEO, and creative work.
Their size is both a strength and a limitation. For a business that needs a team to handle complex, multi-channel campaigns and has the budget to match, GMI is credible. Their longevity means they have seen the market through multiple cycles and have relationships with the major platforms.
For a small business with a tight budget, a large agency like GMI will not give you founder-level attention. You will likely be managed by a junior account executive. Pricing on request.
Best for: established businesses and government-adjacent organisations that want a long-standing agency with a full service offering.
2. NEXA
NEXA is one of the best-known agencies in the UAE for a reason. They are HubSpot's top agency partner in the region, which means they are genuinely strong on CRM integration, that is, connecting your marketing to your sales pipeline. They have won regional awards for their strategy work.
Their focus is squarely on strategy, inbound marketing, and helping businesses build systems that turn leads into customers. If you are already investing in CRM and want your ads and content feeding into a proper sales process, NEXA is a serious option.
They operate at the higher end of the market. Pricing on request, but expect enterprise-level retainers. They are probably not the right fit if you just need someone to run your Google Ads.
Best for: mid-sized to large companies that want marketing connected to a sales CRM and are willing to pay for strategy work.
3. Chain Reaction
Chain Reaction is part of Publicis Groupe, one of the largest global advertising networks. Being a Google Premier Partner means they pass Google's toughest requirements for ad spend managed, certifications, and performance benchmarks. This gives them access to beta features and direct support from Google's team that smaller agencies do not get.
The trade-off is scale. Chain Reaction operates at enterprise budgets. If you are spending AED 50,000 or more per month on ads, you will get a team that is genuinely set up to handle that volume. If you are spending AED 5,000, you will be a small account to them.
They are full-service: paid search, paid social, SEO, and creative. Pricing on request, geared towards large accounts.
Best for: enterprise clients and regional brands with large ad budgets who want a globally connected agency with direct platform access.
4. Markamo
I will keep this honest. We are a small, founder-led agency. I am involved in every account, not a junior who was onboarded last month. We cover Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, web design, and lead generation in one place.
The thing that actually separates us is how we work. We publish our prices: flat fees from AED 2,950 per month with no percentage of ad spend on top. Your ad budget goes straight to Google or Meta, never through us. You own your accounts from day one. No lock-in contracts. We reply within one business day, usually on WhatsApp the same day.
We are a Google Partner. We have worked with Dubai businesses in healthcare, real estate, education, and professional services. We are not the biggest agency in this list and we do not pretend to be. What we offer is full-service coverage at a price point that makes sense for small and medium businesses, with no hidden structure.
We are right for you if you want to understand what your marketing is doing, want to speak to the person actually running your campaigns, and want a contract you can leave without penalty.
See our services and published pricing if you want specifics.
Best for: small and medium businesses in Dubai who want transparency, flat-fee pricing, account ownership, and a direct line to the person running their campaigns.
5. Traffic Digital
Traffic Digital has been operating in the region for over a decade and runs both creative and performance work. They cover paid media, social media management, content, and branding. They have a team that can handle campaigns in Arabic and English, which matters in the UAE market.
What makes them interesting is the combination of performance work (ads that generate measurable results) and brand creative (visuals, videos, messaging). A lot of agencies are good at one but weaker at the other. Traffic Digital tries to do both.
They work across a range of industries and have offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Pricing on request.
Best for: businesses that want creative and performance handled by one team, particularly in industries where brand image matters alongside lead generation.
6. Prism Digital
Founded in 2006, Prism Digital has built its name mainly on paid media. They run Google and Meta Ads campaigns and have a track record in the UAE across real estate, retail, and hospitality.
Their focus on paid advertising means the team is generally experienced in campaign structure, bidding, and conversion tracking. If your primary need is paid ads rather than a broad strategy overhaul, Prism is a credible option.
They are not the cheapest and they are not the most premium. They sit in a sensible middle of the market. Pricing on request.
Best for: businesses that need experienced paid media management with a solid regional track record, particularly in real estate and retail.
7. SEO Sherpa
SEO Sherpa is the best-known specialist SEO agency in Dubai. Founded in 2012, they have won regional and international awards for their organic search work. If SEO is your primary channel, this is the most focused option on this list.
What they do well is technical SEO (making sure your website is properly structured for Google), link building (getting other credible websites to link to yours, which improves your rankings), and content strategy. They are not trying to be a full-service agency.
If you want to grow organic traffic and are serious about investing in SEO over 12 to 24 months, SEO Sherpa is likely one of the most capable teams in the market for that specific work. Pricing on request, and for serious SEO work you should expect retainers in the higher range.
Best for: businesses where organic search is a strategic priority and who want a specialist rather than a generalist.
8. Digital Gravity
Digital Gravity is positioned in the mid-market and covers web design, PPC (pay-per-click ads), and what they describe as AI-driven campaign management. They work with a range of businesses from startups to established mid-sized companies.
Their web design capability is genuinely part of their service offer, not an afterthought. For a business that needs a new website and digital marketing set up together, having both in one place reduces the handover friction.
They are not as large as GMI or as specialist as SEO Sherpa, which puts them in a reasonable middle ground for growing businesses. Pricing on request.
Best for: mid-market businesses that want a website and paid ads set up together with one team.
9. redBerries
redBerries targets SMEs directly and has a known focus on Arabic-language digital marketing. In a market where a significant portion of your potential customers search and browse in Arabic, that is not a small distinction. Many agencies in Dubai produce Arabic ad copy and SEO content as an add-on; redBerries treats it as core.
They cover social media management, paid ads, and SEO. Their pricing is positioned for smaller businesses, which makes them accessible to companies that cannot afford enterprise retainers.
If you serve a primarily Arabic-speaking customer base and want an agency that understands that audience from the inside rather than via translation, redBerries is worth a conversation. Pricing on request.
Best for: SMEs in Dubai with a significant Arabic-speaking customer base who want a team that treats Arabic content as a first-language capability.
10. Grow.ae
Grow.ae takes a neuromarketing angle, meaning they apply principles from psychology and behavioural science to ad creative and landing page design. The idea is that understanding how people actually make decisions leads to better conversion rates (the percentage of visitors who take action).
This is a legitimate area of marketing science. When it is applied well, it improves results. How deeply any agency applies it in practice is harder to verify from the outside.
They are a full-service agency covering paid ads, social, content, and web work. They are Dubai-based with a strong focus on the UAE market. Pricing on request.
Best for: businesses interested in conversion rate optimisation and the psychology of customer decisions, who want an agency that leads with that angle.
A note on Element8
Element8 is one of Dubai's older web design and digital agencies, covering design, development, and some digital marketing. They are better known for website projects than for ongoing paid media management. If your primary need is a web build with some basic digital marketing support, they are worth including on your shortlist. For ongoing performance-driven campaigns, the agencies above are more focused on that work.

How to compare agencies before you choose
Once you have a shortlist, ask each agency the same four questions. The answers will tell you most of what you need to know.
First: can you show me the cost per lead from a recent account in my industry? Not impressions. Not click-through rates. Actual lead cost.
Second: who will own my Google and Meta accounts? If their answer is that they manage it from their own account, walk away. Your data belongs to you.
Third: what are the contract terms? Month to month, or a 12-month lock-in? A confident agency does not need to trap you.
Fourth: who actually works on my account day to day? The senior person who pitches you, or an account executive who has been at the company for three months?
For more on this, I have written a longer guide on how to choose a digital marketing agency in Dubai.
Pricing: the one honest fact
Most agencies in Dubai do not publish prices. That is their right, and pricing for complex services is often genuinely bespoke. But it does create a barrier to comparison. You have to go through a sales process to get a number.
The practical effect is that smaller businesses sometimes end up with agencies that are too expensive for their budget, without realising it until after the pitch.
At Markamo we publish our prices because I think transparency is fair and because it saves everyone time. Flat from AED 2,950 per month. You can see exactly what is included before you ever speak to us. That is not common in this market.
Which agency is right for you
A large enterprise with AED 100,000 per month in ad spend and complex CRM needs: look at Chain Reaction or NEXA.
A business where SEO is the main growth channel: SEO Sherpa.
An established business that wants full-service from a long-standing regional team: GMI or Traffic Digital.
An SME in Dubai that wants paid ads and SEO on a clear, published budget with account ownership and no lock-in: Markamo.
A business with a primary Arabic-speaking customer base: redBerries.
A business that needs a website and paid ads from the same team: Digital Gravity.
There is no single best agency. The best one is the one that matches your budget, your goals, and how you prefer to work with a team. Use the four questions above and you will find out quickly which agencies are worth pursuing.
